Directly north of downtown is the North Hills residential area. North Hills features a variety of upscale neighborhoods with breathtaking views of the city, the Sangre De Cristo and Jemez mountain ranges. It’s highly coveted because of its views and proximity to downtown. The majority of the neighborhoods are accessible from Hyde Park Road which continues up to the Ski Basin and the world-famous Ten Thousand Waves spa. Popular neighborhoods include Estancia Primera, 800-1200 East, the Summit and Cerros Colorados. One of Santa Fe’s most popular trail systems, the Dale Ball, is also in the North Hills area and offers stunning mountain and city views.
