While we Santa Feans like to think that The City Different is the epicenter of the New Mexico universe, there are tons of wonderful places to explore in The Land of Enchantment.
One of our favorites is day-tripping up to Taos on the breathtaking Taos/Santa Fe High Road. Enjoy panoramic views and explore quaint towns. A do-not-miss is the historic Santuario De Chimayo with a spot of lunch at Rancho De Chimayo for authentic Northern New Mexican cuisine.
And once you reach Taos check out all the fun-and-funky shops and galleries in town and be sure to visit the astounding Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. You’ll see a mini-Grand Canyon right below!
